摘要
本文介绍变频调速在锅炉控制系统中的应用、锅炉引风机类负载变频调速的原理以及所取得的经济效益。通过变频调整电动机转速,加上其它控制部分的完善,达到节能和运行可靠的目的。与以前相比,可节约电能37%以上,两年多即可收回投资。
Deal with in this paper are the applications of speed governor by frequency modulator in the boiler's blowers, principles of frequency-modulated speed governers in the loads such as boiler's blower, and its economic benefits. The goals of energy saving and reliable running are achieved through the installations of frequency-modulated speed governing systems and other control parts. Compared with the former situation, 37% electrical energy has saved. Disinvestments are estimated in a little more than two years.
