摘要
目的 :探讨中频电针联合中医定向透药治疗血瘀型第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法 :选取确诊患者112例,随机分为对照组和联合组各56例。两组均予神经根阻滞、营养神经等西医治疗,联合组再予中频电针联合中医定向透药治疗。观察两组治疗前后炎症因子(IL-6、TNF-α)、疼痛(VAS)评分及Oswestry腰椎功能障碍指数(ODI)的变化,并评价治疗过程中的安全性。结果:两组治疗后血清中IL-6、TNF-α水平均明显低于同组治疗前(P<0.01),联合组治疗后血清中IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分、ODI均明显低于同组治疗前(P<0.01),联合组治疗后VAS评分、ODI均低于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率对照组87.5%,联合组98.3%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.028<0.05)。两组均未见严重不良反应。结论:中频电针联合中医定向透药治疗血瘀型第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效显著,安全有效。
Objective ：To explore the clinical efficacy of mid-frequency electroacupuncture combined with tra- ditional Chinese medicine（TCM） oriented cutaneous penetration on treatment for the third lumbar transverse process syndrome of blood stasis type. Methods：Total of 112 patients were recruited and randomly divided into the control group and the combination group,with 56 patients in each group. Both groups were given treatments of western medicine for nerve root blocking and nerve nourishing. In the combination group the patients were also given mid-frequency electroacupuncture combined with TCM oriented cutaneous penetra- tion. The changes in inflammatory factor（IL-6 and TNF-α）,VAS score and Oswestry disability index（ODI） of lumbar vertebrae were observed before and after treatment,and the safety during the treatment was evaluated. Results ：After treatment,both groups had significantly lower serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α than those be fore treatment（P〈0.01）,and the combination group had significantly lower serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α than the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment,both groups had significantly lower VAS scores and ODI than those before treatment（P〈0.01）,and the combination group had significantly lower VAS score and ODI than the control group（P〈0.05）. The control group and combination group had significantly different overall effective rates,87.5% and 98.3%,respeetively（P-=-O.028〈0.05）. No severe adverse reaction was observed in ei- ther group. Conclusion：Mid-frequency electroacupuncture combined with TCM oriented cutaneous penetration in treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome of blood stasis type is of excellent clinical ef- ficacy. It is safe and effective.
