摘要
本文旨在探索中药膏方对偏矮儿童生长的促进作用,琚玮教授认为脾肾虚弱是儿童生长发育缓慢的关键问题,运用中药膏方以运脾滋肾为根本方法,并兼顾患儿在生长发育过程中的诸多兼证,保证患儿服药依从性,调理偏矮儿童的疾病或亚健康状态。在早期对偏矮儿童进行身高管理,定期根据骨龄评测身高,最终纠正患儿偏矮的状态,达到理想的成年最终身高。
The purpose of this study is to explore the promoting effect of Chinese herbal medicine paste on the growth of children. Professor Ju Wet believes that spleen and kidney deficiency is the key problem of slow growth of childreu. Using the traditional herbal medicine paste for the spleen and kidney, taking into account the growth and development of children in many cards, compliance with medication was ensured, and the disease or sub healthy state of children was regulated. Height management for children with shorter stature in early stage was carried out. The height according to bone age was regularly evaluated. The final correction of children with shorter stature was made. The desired final adult height was achieved.
