摘要 分析了电渣重熔过程中电极熔化速度对局部凝固时间和钢锭的结晶质量的影响 ,同时分析了熔化速度对工艺电耗的影响 .讨论了通过改变熔化速度提高钢锭质量和降低电耗的途径 。 The effect of the melting rate on the Local Solidification Time (LST) and ingot quality and power consumption is analyzed. The measures for improving the crystal quality and lowering the power consumption are discussed. The criterion for evaluating the melting rate is provided.
