铝合金半固态触变压铸件气孔的形成与防治

摘要 研究了铝合金半固态触变压铸件中气孔的形成与分布 ,分析了气孔的来源及影响因素 ,认为半固态压铸件中可能的气体来源有半固态浆料自带的气体和半固态成形时新引入的气体 .前者是来自于原料的遗传或在制浆搅拌时引入的 ,通过精炼除气与优化制浆工艺可以避免 ;后者是在充型时卷入的空气或来不及顺利排出的气体 。 Generation and distribution of pores in semi solid thixo diecastings is studied and the origin and influence factors of pores are analyzed. It is suggested that these pores may be caused by pores in the original semi solid slurries or gas introduced in semi solid forming The former is due to the heredity of original billets or stirring in semi solid sllury making, which can be avoided by purifying or some other proper techniques. The latter formed because some air was engulfed during die filling or some gas in the slurry could not be expelled in time Some suggestions on how to get rid of these pores are given according to the causes of pore generation.
