摘要
目的探讨中医骨伤学的学科发展现状及发展趋势,为临床及科研提供参考。方法采用文献计量学研究方法,使用Access 2010和SPSS 19.0为数据处理和统计分析工具,对《中国生物医学文献数据库》(CBM)中1997年1月1日-2016年12月1日有关中医骨伤的论文进行分析归纳,从定量角度对主题词进行词频统计并排序,对相关主题词及文献进行总结分析。结果本研究共获得中医骨伤学研究相关文献2678篇,词频≥3的主题词73个。专业学科建设、教学、发展、应用、改革和创新是近20年来中医骨伤学的主题内容特征,研究热点主要集中在教学改革、骨伤手法、四大疾病(腰椎间盘突出症、颈椎病、骨折、膝骨关节炎)研究、独活寄生汤及中药剂型改革等方面。结论不断深化中医骨伤学的运用,推进中医骨伤学的改革与发展,规范建立中医骨伤的特色诊疗及评价标准,充分发挥中医骨伤学的特色优势是本学科今后的发展方向。
Objective To discuss the development status and development trend of the discipline of TCM orthopedics and traumatology; To provide references for clinic and research. Methods By using the bibliometric research methods and Access 2010 and SPSS 19.0 as the data processing and statistical analysis tools, articles about TCM orthopedics and traumatology in the CBM from 1st of Jan. 1997 to 1st of Dec. 2016 were analyzed. Theme words were under word frequency analysis and ordering from the quantitative perspective, and related theme words and literature were summarized and analyzed. Results This research obtained 2678 articles about TCM orthopedics and traumatology, 73 theme words with more than three words frequency. Specialized subject construction, teaching, development, application, reform and innovation were topic content features in recent 20 years. Research hotspots were teaching reform, orthopedic practice, and four major diseases, （cervical spondylosis, lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, fracture, knee osteoarthritis）, Duhuo disheng Decoction and reform of TCM formulations. Conclusion Consistently deepening application of TCM orthopedics can promote the reform and development of TCM orthopedics and traumatology, standardize and establish characteristic diagnosis and treatment and evaluation standards of TCM orthopedics and traumatology. Giving full play to the characteristic advantages of TCM orthopedics and traumatology is the development direction of this subject in the future.
