摘要
为探讨杜洛克猪和长白猪DRB基因第2外显子的多态性,采用PCR扩增和测序技术对该两种猪DRB基因第2外显子的SNP多态性进行分析。结果表明,杜洛克猪和长白猪DRB基因第2外显子分别有15和3个SNP位点,杜洛克猪DRB基因的多态性高于长白猪。本研究结果为进一步研究猪的遗传特性和抗病育种提供了前期工作基础。
To investigate the polymorphism of exon 2 of DRB gene in Duroc and Landrace pigs,SNP polymorphism of exon 2 of DRB gene was analyzed by PCR amplification and sequencing. The results showed that there were 15 and 3 SNP loci in the exon 2 of DRB gene in Duroc and Landrace,respectively. The polymorphism of DRB gene in Duroc was higher than that in Landrace. The results of this study provided a preliminary basis for the work for the further study of genetic characteristics and disease resistance breeding.
