摘要
铸态和固溶化处理的ADC12铝合金在 90℃水蒸汽中的腐蚀试验表明 :铸态铝合金基体腐蚀是以Al-Cu为基的第二相化合物 ,而以Al-Fe为基的化合物不会引起基体腐蚀 ;经固溶化处理的铝合金基体腐蚀是由Al-Fe为基的化合物引起的 。
Corrosion behavior of as-cast ADC12 aluminum alloy and ADC12 aluminum alloy after solution heat treatment in aqueous vapor at 94℃ was studied.The results show that for as-cast aluminum alloy,the corrosion of aluminum alloy matrix is caused by the Al-Cu second-phase compound.For aluminum alloy after solution heat treatment,the corrosion of aluminum alloy is caused by the Al-Fe compound,furthermore,the matrix around the phase pasticles containing more Cu is prior to be corroded.
