摘要
当前微信已经渗透到民众的日常生活中,政务微信的使用能够契合服务型政府建设中提高政府服务效能的本质要求,将对我国服务型政府建设起到极大的促进作用。利用层次分析法构建服务型政府视角下政务微信公众平台服务质量评价模型,识别出关键影响指标,并据此提出服务型政府视角下提高政务微信公众平台服务质量的对策建议。
Nowadays WeChat has penetrated into the daily life of the people,the use of government WeChat can fit the transformation of governance and improve the effectiveness of government requirements in the construction of service-oriented government,and is of great significance for it. This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct the service quality evaluation model of the Government WeChat public platform from the perspective of the service-oriented government,and identifies the key influence indicators,then puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the service quality of the Government WeChat public platform.
