摘要
本文报道3例临床拟诊致心律失常型右心室发育不全患者的超声显像特征:1例示右室弥漫性扩大伴心尖部圆钝和室间隔运动减弱,1例示右室基底段和心尖扩大伴收缩活动明显减弱,1例右心室轻度扩大伴心尖瘤样膨出、收缩运动减弱。指出超声显像可为临床诊断右室发育不全提供有价值的形态和功能依据。
Two-dlmenslonal echocardiographie characteristics of 3 patients with clinical diagnosis of right ventricular dysplasia were studied. Diffused right ventrieular enlargement and hypokinesia of the interventricular septum were found in case 1, localized bulging and dysfunction of the lateral base and apex of the right ventricle in case 2 and mild diffused right venttricular enlargement with an aneurysmal dilatation at the apex in case 3. Therefore, in patients with suspected arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia, two-dimensional echocardiographic evidence of diffused or localized right ventricular dilatation, otherwise unexplained, strongly supports the diagnosis.
