多普勒超声估测置入碟瓣的血液动力学

DOPPLER ECHOCARDIOGRA PHIC EVALUATION OF THE FUNCTION OF MECHANICAL PROSTHETIC HEART VALVES

摘要 作者对25例二尖瓣和15例主动脉瓣置换机械斜碟瓣进行脉冲、连续波多普勒超声研究。主动脉瓣人工瓣最大流速总平均2.35±0.29m/s,二尖瓣人工瓣最大流速总平均1.61±0.32m/s,不同大小瓣膜最大流速之间均无显著性差异,但不同大小二尖瓣机械瓣压力减半时间有显著性差异(P<0.001),较大规格机械瓣(29号)瓣口面积接近生理特点。 Fourty patients with normal tunctioning mechanical prosthetic heart valves, (25 mitial and 15 aortic) were investigated with Doppler echocardiography to determine the range of blood flow. Mean peak velocity across the aortic prostheses was 2.35±0.29 (M±SD) m/s. There was no significant difference in peak velocity of different siaes; while the mean peak velocity across the mitral prosthese was 1.61±0.32 m/s and mean pressure half time 98.00±11.25 ms. There was a significant difference in pressure half time or orifice areas between valves of different sizes (P<0.001), again no significant difference in peak velocity. There was no correlation between peak velocity and age of the patients. Doppler echocardiography is becoming an increasingly popular and accurate method for evaluating the function of prosthetic valves.
