摘要
目前大庆油田变电站户外构支架均为钢筋混凝土环形杆,随着投运时间的增长,其逐步陈旧老化,已出现裂缝、锈蚀及基础冻胀等诸多问题。通过分析其产生问题的原因,同时对比不同材质构支架的优缺点并结合国家电网建设导向,建议在大庆油田电网基础工程建设中推广钢构支架的设计及应用,在设计时需满足强度要求,注重抗脆断、防腐及基础抗冻胀处理,以进一步保证油田电网安全运行。
At present, all the outdoor structural supports of transformer substation in Daqing Oilfield
are reinforced concrete annular poles. With the increase of its operation time, they are gradually aging
and have many problems such as cracks, corrosion and foundation frost heave. Through the cause
analysis of above problems and compared with advantages and disadvantages of structural supports with
different material and the State Grid construction guide,it is recommended that the design and application
of steel structural supports should be popularized in the power grid infrastructure construction of
Daqing Oilfield. The design should meet the strength requirement and pay attention to brittle fracture
resisting,anti-corrosion and foundation frost heaving treatment,which can further ensure the safe operation
of oilfield power system.
