摘要
以云母粉和硼酸锌为低温陶瓷的主要原材料,以碳酸钠作为助熔剂,制备了一种低温陶瓷材料。研究了碳酸钠含量及烧结温度对云母陶瓷成瓷的影响,并对其膨胀率、弯曲强度进行了测试,同时采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其结构进行表征。结果表明:随着温度的升高和碳酸钠含量的增加,陶瓷样品的膨胀率增大;随着温度的升高,陶瓷材料发生熔融重新结晶;随着碳酸钠含量的增加,样品逐渐向无定形态转变。添加含0.25 mol碳酸钠的低温陶瓷粉到聚烯烃中,燃烧结果表明陶瓷化聚烯烃的成瓷效果良好。
A kind of low temperature ceramic material was prepared using mica powder and zinc borate as main raw materials, and sodium carbonate as fluxing agent. The effects of sodium carbonate content and sintering temperature on the formation of mica ceramics were investigated, its expansion rate and flexural strength were tested, and its structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that with the increase of temperature and sodium carbonate content, the expansion rate of ceramic samples increases; with the increase of temperature, the ceramic melts first and then re-crystalizes; with the increase of sodium carbonate content, the ceramic samples changes to amorphous state gradually. After adding low temperature ceramic powder with 0.25 mol sodi- um carbonate to the polyolefm, the combustion results show that the ceramic effect of the ceramic poly- olefin is good.
