Effects of Root-soil Space on Photosynthetic Characteristics,Protective Enzyme Activity and Yield of Peanut

摘要 为明确花生根系生长所需深度,探讨花生高产适宜根系生长空间,为花生高产新品种的选育和栽培提供理论参考,本研究采用相同长宽(40cm×20cm),深度设为20cm、40cm、60cm、80cm和不设限等5个处理的尼龙袋限制根土空间的方法,研究了根系生长空间对花生叶片光合特性、保护酶活性和产量的影响。结果表明:根系深度在60cm以内,花生单株绿叶面积、叶片叶绿素SPAD值和光合速率、叶片SOD、POD和CAT活性均随根土空间的增加而增加,MDA含量降低,并随发育进程的推进处理间差异逐渐增大,但根系深度达到60cm以上时,上述指标不再增加,甚至减少。花生荚果产量和籽仁产量随根土空间的增加而逐渐增大,到限根60cm时达到最高,之后再增加根系深度反而下降。综上,适当的根土空间既有利于保持花生叶片较低膜脂过氧化程度和较高的光合作用,又有利于光合产物向生殖器官中的分配,提高荚果和籽仁产量。 In order to clarify the required depth of peanut root growth, discuss the suitable growth degree, and to provide theoretical reference resources for the breeding and cultivation of new peanut varieties, the effects of root-soil space were studied by using the same length and width (40cm × 20cm) with different depth (20cm, 40cm, 60cm, 80cm and no limit) of nylon bag method. The data about photosynthetic characteristics, activity of protective enzymes and yield of peanut was analysed. The results showed that leaf area per plant, chlorophyll SPAD value and photosynthetic rate, SOD, POD and CAT activity in a certain range were increased with the increase of soil root growing space and with the developmental process of promoting the growing disparity, MDA content was decreased. But to a certain degree, those factors were no longer increasing significantly or decreasing. Pod and kernel yield were increased gradually with the increase of root-soil space and reached the highest at 60 cm and then decreased. Appropriate root-soil space was conducive to maintain the lower peanut leaf membrane lipid oxidation degree and higher photosynthesis, and also conducive to the photosynthate transferring to the reproductive organs, so as to improved the pod and kernel yield.
