摘要
将法律价值运用到绿色设计研究的全新视域中,分析法律价值和绿色设计常规意义上的关系,并阐释分析新的语境下绿色设计的价值:绿色设计的价值追求是多元化的,包括可持续发展、创新、自由、秩序,这种丰富交替的价值构成了动态价值体系。绿色设计法律价值的核心是"秩序与自由",绿色设计的发展过程也是通过核心价值驱动完成的。
The application of method of value to a new era of green design, trying to analysis the value of green design in conventional sense, the relationship between the values of green design in the context of a new interpretation of analysis： the value pursuit of the green design is diverse, including sustainable development, innovation, freedom, order, and the value of this rich alternate form the dynamic value system. The core of the legal value in green design is ＂order and freedom＂, the development of the green design is done by the core value drivers.
