摘要
目的 探讨中医辨证治疗脑梗死恢复期的临床效果.方法 选择我院2015年2月至2016年2月收治的92例脑梗死恢复期患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各46例.对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予中医辨证治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果 治疗后,观察组治疗有效率为95.65%,对照组治疗有效率为71.74%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;治疗前,两组患者卒中量表评分无明显差异（P＞0.05）;治疗后,观察组卒中量表评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 中医辨证治疗脑梗死恢复期患者效果良好,能明显改善患者的临床症状,值得临床推广和应用.
Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment on the treatment of cerebral infarction patients in recovery stage. Methods From February 2015 to February 2016, 92 cases of cerebral infarction patients in recovery stage in our hospital were selected as research objects, all patients were divided into control group and observation group according to treatment methods, with 46 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given routine treatment, and the patients in observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment, the treatment effects of two group were compared. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%, the effective rate of the control group was 71.74%, there was significant differences be- tween the two groups （P〈0.05）; before treatment, there was no significant difference in stroke scale score between the two groups （P〉0.05）; after treatment, the stroke scale score of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differenti- ation and treatment has good effect on the treatment of cerebral infarction patients in recovery stage, it can improve the clini- cal symptoms of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
