摘要
针对我国区域企业科技创新能力的相似性及各区域科技创新发展的现状,综合使用了系统聚类、模糊综合评价等方法,运用SPSS、EXCEL等软件编程求解,研究得出我国区域企业科技创新能力在东部地区非常发达、中东部地区较发达、西部地区明显落后等结论,最后基于科技创新发展区域分布不均衡现象提出了有效建议。
WTBZIn view of the similarity of science and technology innovation ability of regional enterpri- ses in our country and the present situation of the development of science and technology innovation, using systematic clustering and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method comprehensively and with the help of SPSS, EX- CEL and other software programming, drawing the conclusion that the scientific and technological innovation capability of regional enterprises in China is very developed in the eastern region, more developed in the Middle East region, and obviously backward in the western region. Finally, the effective suggestions are put forward based on the regional distribution of the technological innovation.
