摘要
本文报告1例右室双出口伴左位型大血管错位、肺动脉狭窄和主动脉瓣下室间隔缺损、房间隔缺损患儿,成功地利用心内隧道、心外通道进行了纠治手术。作者结合文献,讨论这类可纠治的少见病变的病理解剖、诊断、手术和术后结果等问题。
One patient had successful total correction of double outlet right ventricle with transposition of the great arteries (SDL), pulmonary stenosis, and subaortic ventricular septal defect. In surgery, blood from the left ventricule was rerouted into the aorta by an intraventricular tunnel, pulmonary stenosis was relieved by an extracardiac valved conduit, an additional ASD was also repaired.Although the patient had an eventful postoperative course, clinical improvement has been evidenced one year after operation.
