摘要
"民汉合班"是新疆高校近年来为缩小民汉教育质量差距而采取的一种教育模式,是"民汉一体化"教学思想的表达。"民汉合班"的班级主体构成打破了以往单一民族成份的格局,由此也带来了班级文化呈现主流民族文化及少数民族文化共在的多民族文化并存态势。文章从文化共生班级文化内涵解析入手,论证了"民汉合班"追求文化共生班级文化的价值,并提出了构建文化共生班级文化的路径。
The integrated class of minority and Han students is an educational model adopted by Xinjiang universities in recent years to narrow the gap of education quality between the minority classes and Han classes, which is an expression of an important teaching thought--the integration of minorities and Han people. Under the circumstance of integrated class, the previous class structure with single ethnic group is broken, resulting in the coexistence of mainstream national culture and minority culture in the class. This paper makes an interpretation of the connotation of culture symbiosis first, elaborates on the value of the integrated class with minority and Han students next, and puts forward the ways to construct the class of cultural symbiosis lastly.
