花生茎叶多糖提取工艺优化及抗氧化性研究 被引量:4

Optimization of extraction technology of polyccharides in Arachis Hypogaea L. stems and leaves and antioxidative effects

摘要 以花生茎叶多糖的提取率为指标,研究协同工艺的提取效果,及花生茎叶多糖的体外抗氧化性。结果表明,花生茎叶多糖的最优碱提工艺为NaOH浓度0.75 mol/L、液料比12.00(mL/g)、反应3.00 h,碱提后继续以50 kGy剂量辐照、350 MPa超高压处理,花生茎叶多糖提取率可达6.08%±0.27%,显著高于单一碱提法花生茎叶多糖提取率(P<0.05)。在花生茎叶多糖添加量为0.50mg/mL时,对羟基(OH)自由基的清除率可达91.88%±5.12%,对1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼(DPPH)自由基的清除率可达82.75%±0.54%,具有较高的抗氧化活性。 Using extraxtion ratio of polyccharides in Arachis hypogaea L. stems and leaves as index, the extracting effect of collaborative process and antioxidant activity in vitro of polysaccharides were researched. The results showed that the optimal extraction technology of alkali process was as follows: NaOH 0.75 mol/L, ratio of liquid to material 12.00 mL/g and extraction time 3 h. After alkali extraction cooperated with 50 kGy irradiation and 350 MPa ultra high pressure treatment, the polysaccharide yield reached about 6.08%±0.27%, which was significantly (P〈0.05) higher than single alkali extraction method. The OH and DPPH free radical were respectively scavenged 91.88%±5.12% and 82.75%±0.54% with AHSL polysaccharide solution concentration of 0.50 mg/mL. High antioxidant activity was showed.
