摘要
通过对泰语中与饮食文化相关的汉借词的收集、分析,发现泰语中与饮食文化有关的汉借词包括食物种类、烹饪方式、餐饮习惯等。中国饮食文化对泰国的影响不仅大大丰富了泰语词汇,也丰富了泰国人的餐桌,改变了泰国传统的饮食习惯,造就了泰国斋节这一民俗盛事。这是汉泰民族长期融合的结果。
Through the collection and analysis of Chinese loanwords related to food culture in Thai language, it was found that Chinese loanwords related to food culture in Thai language include food types, cooking methods and food habits. The influence of Chinese food culture on Thailand not only greatly enriches the Thai vocabulary, but also provides more choices for Thai table. Moreover, it changes the traditional Thai eating habits, and creates an important local event-Vegetarian Festival. This is the result of long-term integration of the Han people and the Thai people.
