摘要
啤酒糟蛋白质含量高,氨基酸平衡性好,维生素含量丰富,适口性好。啤酒糟产量大,可直接用作传统饲料,或生产干粉饲料、发酵饲料、粗酶制剂和菌体蛋白质饲料,具有非常广阔的应用前景和开发价值。文章对啤酒糟在动物生产中的应用作以综述。
There are high protein content, good amino acid balance, rich vitamin content and good palatability in brewer＇s grains. Brewer＇s grains have large output, can be used as traditional feed, also can product dry powder feed, fermented feed, crude enzyme preparation and bacterial protein feed, having a wide application prospect and development value. This paper reviewed the application of brewer＇s grains in animal production.
