摘要
目的观察难治性心力衰竭患者实施优质护理服务的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年12月收治的40例难治性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各20例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施优质护理服务,比较两组的临床效果。结果护理后,观察组患者的LEVF、BNP水平,以及SAS评分、SDS评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。结论对难治性心力衰竭患者实施优质护理服务可明显改善其相关生理指标,缓解其焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,提高治疗效果,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of high-quality nursing service applied in patients with refractory heart failure. Methods 40 cases of patients with refractory heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups, with 20 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received regular nursing, while patients in the observation group received high-quality nursing service on the basis of regular nursing. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the LEVF level, BNP level, SAS score and SDS score of observation group were significantly better than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. The total effective rate of observation group was 100.00%, significantly higher than 70.00% of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of high-quality nursing service in patients with refractory heart failure can significantly improve the curative effect, improve patients＇ physiological indicators, and relieve the negative emotion such as anxiety and depression of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
