高血压脑出血微创手术治疗的效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价微创手术治疗高血压脑出血患者的效果。方法选取我院2015年8月至2016年8月期间收治的高血压脑出血患者90例分为两组,每组45例。研究组患者进行微创颅内血肿清除术治疗,对照组患者进行传统开颅手术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、术中出血量和并发症发生率。结果研究组的总有效率显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的术中出血量显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用微创手术治疗高血压脑出血患者具有显著的临床效果,术中出血量少,并发症发生率低。 Objective To evaluate the effect of minimally invasive surgery for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 90 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected. All cases were divided into two groups, with 45 cases in each group. Patients in the study group were treated with minimally invasive intracranial hematoma craniotomy, while patients in the control group were treated with traditional craniotomy. The curative effect, intraoperative blood loss, and incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the incidence of complications of study group was significantly lower than that of control group, with statistical differences (P〈0.05). The intraoperative blood loss of study group was significantly less than that of control group, with statistical difference (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Minimally invasive surgical treatment for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has significant clinical effect, with less intraoperative blood loss and lower incidence of complications.
