摘要
石膏脱水系统在保证湿法脱硫系统的稳定运行中发挥着重要作用,尤其在维持吸收塔浆液品质、物料平衡以及副产品的综合利用方面。文章介绍了石膏脱水系统基本流程及常见故障分析,着重阐述了三门峡华阳火电厂1 000 MW机组在湿法脱硫石膏脱水系统领域做的优化布置及改进应用,本次优化改进技术对现有其他石膏脱水系统的升级改造具有一定借鉴意义。
Gypsum dewater system is critical for the stability of wet type desulfurization system,especially on ensuring absorber slurry quality,material balancing and byproduct comprehensively utilization. This paper introduced the process and common fault of gypsum dewater system. Based on the reconstruction of Sanmenxia Huayang Power Plant 1 000 MW unit wet type desulfurization gypsum dewater system,the alignment improvement was introduced. Which could be referred by similar upgrading reconstruction.
