摘要
用化学试剂模拟湿法磷酸,将湿法磷酸中Fe^(3+)、Mg^(2+)、Al^(3+)、SO_4^(2-)杂质的质量分数定在某一固定值,而在一定范围内改变其中1种待考察杂质的质量分数,对其氨化料浆进行絮凝沉降。研究结果表明,Fe^(3+)、Al^(3+)质量分数对氨化料浆絮凝沉降的影响有相似的规律,随着Fe^(3+)、Al^(3+)质量分数的增加,絮凝沉降速率均是先变快后变慢,超过一定范围后,料浆几乎不沉降。Mg^(2+)质量分数在一定范围内随着镁离子质量分数的增大,絮凝沉降变化不大。SO_4^(2-)的质量分数越高,絮凝沉降速率越小。
The wet-process phosphoric acid is stimulated with pure chemical reagents. The concentrations of impurities such as Fe3+,Mg2+,Al3+and SO42- in the simulating wet-process phosphoric acid are fixed while concentration of the impurity to be studied is varied in a certain range,and then effects of impurities on the flocculation settlement efficiency in the ammoniated slurry of the simulating wet-process phosphoric acid are studied. Results show that concentration of Fe3+and Al3+have the similar effect.With the increase of content of Fe3+or Al3+,the flocculent settling rate becomes faster at first,then slows down. When the content of Fe3+or Al3+exceeds a range,the slurry is hardly settling.With the increase of content of Mg2+in a certain range,the flocculent settling rate has little change. With the increase of content of SO42-,the settling rate becomes slower.
