摘要
PPP模式在我国处于初级应用阶段,政策制定者与实施者均处于探索实践中,对这种模式的基本操作和流程均有待熟练掌握,对其理解和运用有待深化强化。本文分析了PPP项目模式的概念及特征,以安庆外环北路项目为例,阐明了PPP运作模式,更好地为客户提供服务。
The application of PPP mode is stir｜ at me primary ~ta~ ~ makers and the implementers are making explorations. Therefore, it is necessary to further understand and master the basic working procedure in order for better application of PPP projects. This paper analyzes the concepts and features of PPP mode, and expounds the operation of PPP by taking the outer ring north road in Anqing city as an example.
