摘要
本实验通过氧弹燃烧法分别对假连翘的根、叶、茎进行燃烧,用过氧化氢碱性水溶液进行吸收,并用离子色谱法对样品中F^-、Cl^-、NO_2^-、NO_3^-、SO_4^(2-)的含量进行分离测定。本实验方法简单、准确、可靠,具有较好的实用性。通过对假连翘的根、叶、茎的阴离子含量测定、分析,为进一步研究、开发假连翘提供参考。
This experiments to burn Durantaereeta L respectively through oxygen bomb combustion, using the Hydrogen peroxide alkail solution as absorption liquid, and utilize the ion chromatography for the separation and determination of anionic content, including chloride ion, nitrite ion, nitrate ion and sulfate radical ion. The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and has good practicability. Through the detea'mination and analysis of the anions in roots, leaves and stems of Durantaerecta L, provide reference for further study and development of it.
