摘要
半导体材料BiOX(Cl,Br)作为一种新型的光催化材料,具有独特的层状结构和合适的禁带宽度,并且具有很好的稳定性。本文通过溶剂热法合成了二维BiOX(Cl,Br)光催化材料,利用TEM,XRD,UV-vis对其进行了表征,并通过模拟有机污染物罗丹明B(Rh B)对其光催化降解性能进行了测试。结果显示,在紫外光照射下罗丹明B在1~2 h内几乎完全降解。
Bismuth-based semiconductors, Bismuth oxyhalides (BiOX(X=C1, Br)) which have special layer structure, suitable band gap and batter chemical stability, are a novel photocatalyst. In this passage, we utilize the solvothermal method to synthesis two-dimension Bismuth oxyhalides photocatalytic materials. Bismuth oxyhalides were characterized via X-ray diffraction (XRD), Ultraviolet-visible light spectrum, and the morphology were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). What's more, using Rhodamine B(RhB) to be an model organic contaminants test the degradation of Bismuth oxyhalides. The results indicate that the RhB irradiates under ultraviolet light were degradation between I to 2 hours.
