摘要
目的研究分析人文关怀在耳鼻喉内镜检查护理中的作用。方法取材于我院近一年收治的耳鼻喉患者,数量为60例,盲选其中30例,为观察组采用人文关怀护理,剩余的30例用常规方法进行护理作为对照组,对比两组患者的护理满意度和焦虑抑郁评分改善情况。结果观察组焦虑评分以及护理满意度均存在有显著优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻喉患者内镜检查后,采用人文护理对患者进行护理工作,患者在内镜检查后受到良好的护理,护理满意度显著提高。
Objective To study the effects of humanistic care in the endoscopic examination of the endoscopic care. Methods Based on data of ENT patients admitted in nearly a year, the number of 60 cases, blind choose 30 cases, for the observation group used the humanistic care nursing, the remaining 30 cases of control group used conventional methods, compared two groups of patients satisfaction with care and anxiety depression score to improve the situation. Results There were significant advantages in anxiety scores and nursing satisfaction, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈 0.05). Conclusion In ENT patients after endoscopic examination, the humanistic care to patients in nursing, after endoscopy in patients with a good nursing, nursing satisfaction improved significantly.
