摘要
目的观察分析宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)联合干扰素栓治疗宫颈糜烂(CE)的临床效果。方法选择2013年2月~2016年12月期间我院门诊收治的宫颈糜烂患者98例,将所有患者随机分为两组,对照组49例给予LEEP治疗;观察组49例则在对照组基础上加用干扰素栓,并比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的总有效率为100.00%明显高于对照组的85.71%(χ~2=7.5385,P<0.05),观察组术后出血量、阴道排液时间、创面愈合时间均显著地少于对照组(t=18.8639、9.7241、11.4125,P<0.05)。结论宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)联合干扰素栓治疗宫颈糜烂疗效确切,能够显著地改善患者临床症状,促进创面愈合,安全可靠,不良反应发生率较低。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP） combined with interferon suppository in treatment of cervical erosion （CE）. Methods 98 patients with cervical erosion who were treated in outpatient department of our hospital from February 2013 to December 2016 were selected.All patients were divided into two groups according to randomized controlled trial （RCT）.49 patients in the control group were treated with LEEP while 49 patients in the observation group were additional used interferon suppository at basis of the control group.Clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,significantly higher than that of the control group 85.71% （X2=7.5385,P 〈 0.05）.Postoperative bleeding volume,vaginal discharge time and wound healing time of the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group （respectively t=18.8639,9.7241,11.4125,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP） combined with interferon suppository in treatment of cervical erosion has an accurate curative effect.h can significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients,promote wound healing.In addition,It is safe and reliable and it has a low incidence of adverse reactions,
