摘要
目的观察马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液联合强脉冲光(intense pulsed light,IPL)治疗婴幼儿血管瘤临床疗效,对比单纯外用噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗婴幼儿表浅血管瘤的疗效差别。方法选取2013年5月~2014年5月治疗的婴幼儿血管瘤患儿180例,根据家长意愿,分为联合治疗组(n=80)和对照组(n=100),联合治疗组在予以噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗的同时,每月1次强脉冲光治疗;对照组单纯予以噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗。两组患儿均每个月来院复诊,以照片的方式记录瘤体治疗情况。按治疗效果评定,统计有效率和治愈率。应用SPSS13.0统计软件进行数据处理和分析,分类变量采取χ~2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。评价临床效果。结果马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液联合强脉冲光治疗效果优于单纯马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗,血管瘤吸收快,治疗时间短,在相同的时间内临床治愈率高,组间差异具有统计学意义。结论马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液联合强脉冲光治疗婴幼儿表浅血管瘤效果明显优于单纯外用马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗,安全性高,简单易行,不良反应发生率低。
Objective To observe clinical curative effect of timolol maleate eye drops combined with intense pulsed light （IPL） in treatment of infants with superficial hemangioma and to compare the difference in curative effects of it and simple external application of timolol maleate eye drops combined with intense pulsed light in treatment of infants with superficial hemangioma. Methods 180 infants with superficial hemangioma who were treated in May 213 to May 2014 were selected. According to willing of parents, they were divided into the combined treatment group （n=80） and the control group （n=lO0）. The combined treatment group was treated by timolol maleate eye drops combined with intense pulsed light for once every month, The control group was simply given timolol maleate eye drops. Infants in two groups all had return visit for every month and their r treatment for tumor as recorded by pictures. According to treatment effect, effective rate and cure rate were stated. Data processing and analysis were given by SPSS13.0 statistics software. Categorical variables were given chi-squared test and P 〈 0.05 was the standard for statistical significance. Clinical curative effects were evaluated. Results Curative effect of timolol maleate eye drops combined with intense pulsed light was superior to that of simple application of timolol maleate eye drops. Hemangioma absorbed quickly and the treatment time was short, And clinical cure rate in the same time was higher. Differences between two groups were statistically significant. Conclusion Curative effect of timolol maleate eye drops combined with intense pulsed light is superior to that of simple application of timolol maleate eye drops. It had high safety and it is easy to operate. In addition, it has low incidence of adverse reactions.
