摘要
目的分析卡泊芬净治疗恶性血液病化疗后中性粒细胞缺乏合并深部真菌感染的临床效果。方法选取2013年12月~2015年11月本院收治的69例恶性血液病化疗后中性粒细胞缺乏合并深部真菌感染患者,按照入院先后顺序,分为实验组(37例)与对照组(32例)。对照组给予两性霉素B治疗,实验组给予卡泊芬净治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组的总有效率为86.5%,对照组为81.2%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组的总不良反应发生率为8.1%,明显低于对照组的21.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恶性血液病化疗后中性粒细胞缺乏合并深部真菌感染,早期接受卡泊芬净治疗,可取得满意效果,不良反应少,具有推广价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Caapofungin treating neutrophil deficiency combined with deep fungal infection after chemotherapy used for malignant hematologic disease.Methods 69 patients with neutrophil deficiency combined with deep fungal infection after chemotherapy used for malignant hematologic disease treated in our hospital from December 2013 to November 2015 were selected and they were divided into experimental group （37 cases） and control group （32 cases） according to order of admission.Control group was treated with Amphotericin B,while experimental group was treated with Caspofungin.The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Results the total effective rate was 86.5% in experimental group and it was 81.2% in control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups （PM）.05）.The total incidence rate of adverse reaction of experimental group was 8.1%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group （21.8%）,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Caspofungin received in early stage treating neutrophil deficiency combined with deep fungal infection after chemotherapy used for malignant hematologic disease can obtain satisfactory effect,and adverse reaction is few,and it has the value of popularization.
