摘要
货运车辆尾气污染物排放是北京市大气污染物的重要来源,在北京市大力推进大气污染防控的总体要求下,促进绿色货运发展也成为北京交通节能减排的重要工作。货运企业作为货物运输的主体,客观把握其绿色发展现状对促进企业改善生产方式、推进行业节能减排和绿色发展具有参考意义和推动作用。但由于货运企业设计绿色发展的环节多、内容广,因此亟需建立一套科学合理、简明实用的综合性评价指标体系。本文建立了绿色货运企业评价指标,基于层次分析法构建了指标权重矩阵,并利用北京市典型货运企业历史数据,对货运企业绿色发展水平进行了初步评估。
Freight vehicles＇ emissions is an important source of air pollutants in Beijing. The government of Beijing has decided to vigorously promote the general requirements for better atmosphere quality, including promoting green transportation development, especially in energy-saving and emission reduction. As the main part ofthe goods transport, the road freight enterprises have capability to make a better situation if they can grasp its green development status objectively. However, because of the many factors and complicated relationship between them, it is urgent to establish a set of scientific and practical evaluation indicator system.Based on the indicators selected in this research, a quantitated matrix is established with AHP（Analytic Hierarchy Process） .Using some historical data of Beijing typical freight enterprises, a preliminary assessment of the real green development of freight transportation enterpriseis conducted.
