摘要
位于准噶尔盆地西北缘车排子凸起的两口探井于石炭系凝灰岩地层喜获工业油流,展示了凝灰岩地层良好的勘探前景。依据两井实钻资料,结合前人研究成果,分析了油源条件、储集层类型,认为车排子凸起石炭系凝灰岩储集层以裂缝性低渗透储集层为主,油气显示主要集中在进入凝灰岩地层50 m井段内。现有录、测井条件下,岩屑录井滴照分析是发现油气显示的主要手段,钻时、气测与声波时差、密度等测井资料结合是识别储集层裂缝的重要手段,据此归纳了油层与干层的评价方法。从有效识别油气显示、准确评价储集层的角度出发,认为在现有技术手段的基础上早期探井应增加钻井取心、成像测井,并开展随钻轻烃录井和罐顶气轻烃录井。为保护油气层、增加产能,针对石炭系裂缝性凝灰岩低渗透储集层,提出采用低密度钻井液钻进、钻入石炭系凝灰岩地层290m后气测连续30m为基值完钻、采用尾管割缝防砂筛管先期完井的完井方式建议。
The two exploration wells,which are located in Chepaizi uplift of the northwestern margin of Junggar Basin,gained industrial oil flow in Carboniferous system tuff formation and show good prospects for exploration in tuff formation.According to drilling data of two wells,combining with the previous research findings,the oil source condition and reservoirtype were analyzed.It is considered that the reservoir of Carboniferous system tuff in Chepaizi uplift is mainly fractured and low permeability reservoir.The oil and gas shows were mainly concentrated in the 50 msection of the tuff formation.Under the existing mud logging and well logging conditions,debris drop analysis in cutting logging is the main means of oil and gas discovery.Combining drilling time,gas logging with well logging data such as interval transit time,density and so on,it is an important means to identify reservoir fractures.According to this,the evaluation methods of oil layer and dry layer are considered.From the point of view on effectively identifying the oil and gas shows and accurately evaluating the reservoirs,it is considered that early exploration wells should increase drilling coring and imaging logging,on the basis of the existing technical means and light hydrocarbon logging while drilling and light hydrocarbon logging of headspace gas should be carried out.In order to protect the oil and gas layers and increase productivity,for the low permeability reservoirs of Carboniferous system fractured tuff,the light fluid is recommended.After drilling into Carboniferous system tuff formation 290 m,gas logging continuous 30 m is the base value to finish drilling,and the completion method of pre-completion is proposed by using slotting liner sand control screen pipe.
