摘要
辅助动力装置(APU)是飞机的辅助动力源。飞机在极端气候环境中飞行时,低温会使燃油中产生游离水甚至结冰,使流向APU的燃油流速变慢或停止,导致APU无法正常工作,从而对飞行安全性造成危害。本文分析了APU燃油结冰相关适航条款的要求,基于APU燃油系统的结构特征提出了一种试验和分析结合的燃油结冰验证方法。
APU is an auxiliary power supply of aircraft. During airplane flying in the extreme conditions, the low temperature may lead free water or ice forming in the fuel, which may cause reducing or stopping of fuel flow to APU, resulting APU cannot operate normally, finally cause harmful effect on flight safety. This paper analyzed related airworthiness standard and proposed a method combined both test and analysis for APU fuel icing qualification based on the configuration characteristic of APU fuel system.
