摘要
目的分析肠道择期手术患者围手术期心理健康教育的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年3月至2017年5月收治的200例肠道择期手术患者,随机分为两组各100例。对照组给予常规整体护理,实验组在对照组基础上给予围手术期心理健康教育。观察比较两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组的术前SAS评分、术后VAS评分和并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,实验组的心率、收缩压和舒张压均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肠道择期手术患者的围手术期应用心理健康教育能够有效缓解其焦虑、恐惧情绪和心理应激反应,使患者安全度过围手术期,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of perioperative mental health education in p.atients undergoing elective intestinal surgery. Methods 200 cases of patients undergoing elective intestinal surgery in our hospital lYom March 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received conventional holistic nursing, while the experimental group received perioperative mental health education on the basis of control group. The nursing effect was observed and compared between two groups. Results The preoperative SAS score, postoperative VAS score and incidence of complications of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. The hospitalization time of experimental group was significantly shorter than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. After nursing, the heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of experimental group were significantly better than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Perioperative mental health education in patients undergoing elective intestinal surgery can effectively alleviate the anxiety, fear and psychological stress reaction, and ensure patients safely get through perioperative period, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
