螺杆泵水力特性高温试验流程系统的研制与应用

摘要 近些年随着稠油热采井不断增多,使用抗高温定子橡胶螺杆泵的数量也不断增加。促进螺杆泵采油技术水平的提高,并满足相关标准和用户的使用要求,需要对螺杆泵水力特性进行测定。为此研制了螺杆泵水力特性高温试验流程系统,主要包括技术指标的确定、流程设计及系统组成、功能模块和流程系统的应用等部分。以220℃导热油作为试验介质,模拟抗高温定子橡胶螺杆泵的实际工况,通过检测螺杆泵出口压力与排量等参数得出其水力特性曲线,从而反映螺杆泵产品质量,可以有效地避免不合格产品下井,提高一次投产成功率。 With the increase of heavy oil thermal recovery wells, the use number of high temperature stator rubber screw pump is in- creasing. In order to promote the development of screw pump production technology and meet the requirements of related standards and users, it is necessary to measure the hydraulic characteristics of the screw pump. For this purpose, the screw pump hydraulic characteris- tic high-temperature test process system was developed, including the determination of technical indicators, process design and system composition, application of functional modules and process system. The oil of 220 ℃ is used as test medium to simulate the actual condi- tion of high temperature resistant stator rubber screw pump, the hydraulic characteristic curve of the screw pump is obtained by detect- ing its outlet pressure and output volume, which can reflect the quality of screw pump products, so as to effectively avoid substandard products to enter well, and improve the success rate of once put into production.
