摘要
研究锂云母提锂渣对混凝土的干燥收缩、抗碳化性能、耐磨性能、抗氯离子渗透性能的影响,并通过SEM观察了锂渣混凝土的微观结构。结果表明:锂渣可改善混凝土的干燥收缩、耐磨性能及抗氯离子渗透性能;当锂渣掺量为30%时,混凝土收缩率减小27%,6h电通量降低了43%;但锂渣对混凝土的抗碳化性能也有负面影响,随着锂渣掺量的增加,混凝土抗碳化性能逐渐降低。
This research mainly shows the relationship between the quantity of lithium slag and property of concrete including dry shrinkage,anti-carbonation,wear resistance and chloride ion resistance.Concrete microstructures have been observed with SEM.The results show that adding lithium slag to concrete can improve concrete property including dry shrinkage,wear resistance and chloride ion resistance.When the amounts of lithium slag reach 30%,dry shrinkage of the concrete will decrease 27%and 6helectric flux will decrease 43%.It is found that lithium slag has negative influence on anti-carbonation property.With the increase of lithium slag,anti-carbonation property of concrete decreases gradually.
