摘要
为了探讨基层中医院中医护理服务规范化培训的模式,培养造就中医护理人才,推动中医护理事业的发展。医院成立培训管理机构,规范培训内容、时间、方法,建立培训长效机制,建立中医护理服务常态化运行的模式。形成了具有特色的中医护理服务培训模式,全体护士中医理论知识大幅提升,中医护理技能熟练掌握运用,提高了患者满意率。
To explore grassroots hospital of traditional Chinese medicine nursing service standardization training mode, training nursing talents of traditional Chinese medicine and promote the development of TCM nursing ca- reer the hospital establishes the training management organization, regulates the training content, time, the method, and the long term training mechanism, establishes the mode of the normal operation of the treatment service of TCM. The characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine nursing service training mode was improved and the knowledge of nursing theory in traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine nursing skills were pro- moted to rise the satisfaction of the patients.
