摘要
为了解决Z源逆变器开关器件与电容电压应力比较大、升压能力不太高等缺陷。在传统Z源的基础上,提出了一种改进型拓扑结构,主要由4个电感、电容以及4个二极管共同组成其阻抗网络。不仅提高了其升压能力,还降低了器件的电压应力且减少了器件损耗,改善了波形的质量。通过MATLAB仿真验证了理论的真实性。
In order to solve the Z-source inverter switching devices and capacitor voltage stress is relatively large, the step-up capability is not higher defects. On the basis of the traditional Z-source,an improved topology is proposed, which consists of four inductors, capacitors and four diodes to form its impedance network. Not only improves its voltage-boosting ability, but also reduces the device's voltage stress and reduces the device loss, improve the quality of the waveform. The authenticity of the theory is verified by MATLAB simulation.
