摘要
本实验对正常国人股骨头松质骨和大骨节病人股骨头松质骨进行应力松弛、蠕变实验研究,得出了正常对照组和病态组股骨头松质骨应力松弛、蠕变数据和曲线。对实验数据进行归一化处理,得出了正常和病态组股骨头松质骨归一化应力松弛函数和归一化蠕变函数。对实验数据进行回归分析,得出了回归系数。实验结果表明,病态组的粘弹性指标明显低于正常对照组,大骨节病对股骨头松质骨粘弹性影响进行分析讨论。
We have researched into the viscoela sticity of the normal cancellous bon e and the morbid cancellous bone of femoral head(with KBD)from the fresh bodies in our country.We did the stress relaxation,creep e xperiment on the above two groups.Then we obtained the stress r elaxation,creep data and curve.After reducing the experimental data,w e obtained the reduced stress relaxation and creep functio n and curve.By using regression analysis method,we obtained regressing coefficient.The results of the experiment showed that the vis coelasticity' s indexes of the morbid group were sig nificantly lower than those of the normal group.Finally,we discussed and analyzed the KBD' s effect on the viscoelasticity of th e cancellous bone.
