摘要
目的探讨中西医结合疗法改善脑性瘫痪患儿粗大运动功能及生存质量的效果。方法 114例脑瘫患儿分为对照组和联合治疗组各57例。对照组患儿给予传统西医治疗,联合治疗组患儿给予中西医结合疗法治疗。治疗6个月后,比较2组患儿粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM-88)评分、脑瘫儿童生存质量评价问卷(CP QOL-Child)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗6个月后,2组患儿GMFM-88各功能区百分比及总百分比均较同组治疗前提高,且联合治疗组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合治疗组脑瘫患儿CP QOL-Child中社会交往、自理能力、生理健康、心理健康、社会支持、生活环境6个维度得分及总分均高于对照组,残疾影响维度得分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组总有效率为70.18%,显著高于对照组的50.88%(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法能显著改善脑性瘫痪患儿粗大运动功能及生存质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine on improvement of gross motor function and quality of life in children with cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 114 children with cerebral palsy were divided into control group and combined group,57 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the combined group was treated with integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine. After six months of treatment,the GMFM-88 score,the CP QOL-Child score and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups. Results After six months of treatment,the percentage of each functional area in GMFM-88 and total percentage were significantly higher than those before treatment in both groups,and these indexes in the combined group were significantly higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After six months of treatment,the scores of social communication,self-care ability,physical health,mental health,social support,living environment score and total score in CP QOL-Child in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and score of influence of disability was significantly lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）.The total effective rate of the combined group was 70. 18%,which was significantly higher than50. 88% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Integrated treatment of traditional Chineseand western medicine can significantly improve gross motor function and quality of life in children with cerebral palsy,so it is worthy of application and popularization.
