摘要
从对各类蓄热技术简要比较分析入手,分析蓄热技术在电力需求侧管理中的作用,着重介绍了高温相变蓄热技术原理及主要产品,以及高温相变蓄热系统在江苏某电子企业应用的成功案例。该企业在谷电时段采用相变储能技术进行电热蓄热,在日间高峰时段释放所储热能用于工业蒸汽制造。项目取得良好的经济和环保效益,对降低企业生产成本和改善电网峰谷时段负荷差效果显著。
This paper starts with a brief comparative of vari- ous types of heat storage technologies, then analyzes the role of heat storage technology in DSM, mainly introduces the high temperature phase-change thermal storage technology and products.After that, a successful application of high temperature phase-change heat stor- age system in an enterprise in Jiangsu is also informed. By using this new technology, the enterprise in the off-peak hours made the heat storageand in the peak hours release the stored energy for manufac- turing industrial steam. It has a good effect on reducing heating costs and improving power grid peak and off-peak time load user differ- ence.
