摘要
针对空压机冷却水循环的PLC电气控制系统,论文对其结构与工作原理进行了分析,并从软件设计和硬件设计两方面对该系统进行了设计及改进方面的阐述,详细叙述了PLC电力控制系统在空压机冷却水循环中起到的关键性作用,并对模拟量采集及转换数值、故障报警装置以及冷却系统的出水口与进水口之间的温度差值进行合理应用,希望对PLC电气控制系统更好的应用于空压机冷却水循环提供参考性意见。
In this paper, the structure and working principle of PLC electric control system of air compressor cooling water cycle are analyzed, and the design and improvement of the system are discussed from two aspects ofsoft ware design and hardware design,describes the critical role of PLC power control system in air compressor cooling water cycle, and the numerical analog acquisition and conversion, fault alarm, temperature difference between the water outlet and the water inlet device and cooling system is applied reasonably, it hopes that the PLC electrical control system is better applied to the air compressor cooling water cycle to provide reference.
