摘要
以矿山安全管理体系为研究对象,将该体系分为三个评价指标层次,通过层次分析法建立管理评价体系,并采用1-9标度法确定各个指标权重,结合评价矩阵进行一致性验证,最后应用数学模糊评价法,得出有效的评价等级。为矿山安全管理体系的形成提供了一定的理论依据。
Taking mine safety management system as the research object, the evaluation index system is divided into three levels, through the analytic hierarchy process,the management evaluation system was established,the 1-9 scale method was used to determine the weight of each index;combining the evaluation matrix, consistency verification was carried out;finally, the effective evaluation grade was obtained by using the fuzzy evaluation method of mathematics. All this can provide a certain theoretical basis for the formation of mine safety management system.
