摘要 昭通市中小流域洪水资料严重不足,为满足水利水电规划设计、山洪灾害防治和预警之需,通过分析了区域内外11个中小流域水文站247 a的洪水资料和93个历史洪水调查成果,综合考虑了影响洪水的暴雨、地形、土壤、流域几何特征及人类活动等因素,研究得出:区域内中小流域洪水与其影响因素的变化规律,流域洪峰流量与其影响因素日暴雨量、流域面积和地理参数的变化规律,洪峰流量与1 d洪量的变化规律,1、3 d和3、7 d洪量的变化规律,以及流域洪峰和洪量的年际变化规律,综合概化了4类洪水过程线。以上成果可供流域水利工作者参考使用。 There is serious shortage of flood data in medium and small watershed of Zhaotong city In order to meet the demand of water resources and hydropower planning and design, flood disaster prevention and early warning, this paper will analyze the flood data of 11 hydrological stations in the medium and small watershe for the past 247 years and 93 historical flood investigation results, taking into account the factors that affect the flood such as rainstorm, topography, soil, watershed geometry and human activities. The results show that the changes of regional flood and its influencing factors, watershed peak flow and its influencing factors on the variation of storm rainfall, catchment area and geographical parameters, variation of the flood peak flow and flood volume 1, 1, 3 and 3, the 7 day variation flood and drainage, flood peak and flood volume interannual variation, the comprehensive generalization of four kinds of flood hydrograph. The above results can be used as reference for water conservancy workers.
