摘要
名师工作室建设旨在充分发挥名师的示范、辐射和指导作用,实现资源共享、全员提升的目的。知识管理以其对知识的关注,与名师工作室建设有着较高的内在契合性。知识管理视角下的中小学名师工作室建设可通过有效实施名师工作室知识管理活动,完善名师工作室组织与管理,建设信息技术支持下的名师工作室交流平台,构建名师工作室的知识共享文化等策略来实现。
Teacher studio construction aims to give full play to the teacher's demonstration,radiation and guidance,achieve the goal of resource sharing,ascension of the whole.With its focus on knowledge,knowledge management and teacher workshop construction has a strong inner in particular.Under the perspective of knowledge management construction of elementary and middle schools teacher studio can through effective implementation of teacher studio knowledge management activities,improve teacher studio organization and management,the construction of teacher under the information technology support studio communication platform,to build teacher studio strategy of knowledge sharing culture.
