当前高校就业指导教育工作面临着经济社会新常态带来的新形势,其面对教育主体、外部环境、服务对象等都发生深刻变化,同时也带来新的挑战和机遇,作为就业指导教育核心的内容提升显得尤为重要,针对当前就业指导教育现状及新常态的新要求,就业工作者可以从提升毕业生技能迁徙能力、树立育人的产品服务思维。
