摘要
随着社会的不断发展,我国对创新型人才的需求不断加大,由于本科教育在培养创新人才中有着基础性的作用,人才培养模式决定人才培养质量,因此,在本科教育阶段重视创新人才的培养显得尤为重要。我校积极改革和完善创新人才培养模式,以物理学专业作为试点,结合任务驱动模式,尝试布置一些简单的科研任务给学生,充分调动学生的学习积极性。通过一系列的科研训练,让学生具有独立解决一些简单物理问题的科研能力,并具备一定的创新意识和创新能力。
With the continuous development of society,our country needs more and more creative talents. The undergraduate education plays a fundamental role in cultivating innovative talents. The talent training quality depends on the pattern of the talents training. Hence,it is very important to pay attention to cultivating innovative talents in the stage of undergraduate education. Recently, our school actively reform and improve the innovative talent training mode. Combined with task-driven teaching,the author tries to assignment some simple research tasks to the students of physics major so as to fully arouse their enthusiasm for the study. Through a series of scientific research training,studies can have the capabilities of independent scientific research to overcome some simple physical problems and have certain innovation consciousness and innovation ability,
